Case Portal Update: New PS SIS Select an Issue Field

We have added a new Select an Issue field to our New Case form for PowerSchool SIS.

1. Navigate to the Case Portal
2. Click on New Case
3. Review our Helpful Resources, and Continue to Case Creation
4. On the New Case form, complete all the required fields.
5. Select PS SIS under Product
6. In the Select an Issue field, choose the item that best describes your question
7. Once all fields are completed, Save to submit your case.
