Welcome to Geovisual Analytics (DecisionInsite) Support!
Reaching the Geovisual Analytics team (formerly DecisionInsite) is simple. As a Technical Contact for your school or district, you can create and manage support cases through our PowerSchool Community.
Create a PowerSchool Community Account
If you have not done so already, start by creating a PowerSchool Community account:
Click on the Sign In on the top right-hand side of the page and then New User? Register Here. You can also use this direct link.
Complete the form and be sure to use your organization email address.
Use the link that is sent from the Community to verify your email address.
Note: It can take up to 24 hours for your access to be updated to use the Case Portal. If you encounter any issues, please reach out to us at email@example.com and we'll be happy to check your access.
Create and Manage Cases through our Case Portal
Once you have logged into the Community, select Case Portal from the Contact Support drop-down menu. You will have the option to create a new case, as well as view any existing cases. Watch the video of our recent webinar below on how to create and manage your cases.
We believe our award-winning Community and its Case Portal will meet your needs, but if you are experiencing a critical issue or a product outage, we encourage you to contact us at 1-866-434-6276 and follow the directions below to connected with a Support Agent who can assist you:
Select Option 1 for Support.
Say the name of the product "Unified Classroom" or wait on the line and select Option 3.
If prompted, press 1for a new case or press 2 for an existing case.
If you have your account number handy, you can input it when prompted. Otherwise, wait for the available options.
At the next prompt, select Option 3 for Unified Classroom.
Wait for the system to provide the list of products available under Unified Classroom.
