I am sorry to hear that your students are facing an inconvenience. We understand your concern but in order to troubleshoot this issue further, we will have to take a closer look at your setup and your sync setting while taking access to your site. In order to protect your data privacy, I recommend working with the Support Contacts in your school district who should be able to create a support case with the Schoology team on your behalf and connect you with them.
