wrong grade showing

I am trying to register my returning student for the new school year. After several phone calls to the school I finally got him added to my account but now .... the parent portal says 1st grade (correct) but the returning student registration says kindergarten (WRONG). also, it wont allow me to change the grade he is being enrolled in.... HELP

The school district can set fields such as the student's grade level field to be auto-populated by the district.  I recommend reaching out to the school to request assistance having the student listed as first grade.
