letter of recommendation

Hello,

I have a problem because since around December 10th, I have been trying to enroll my daughter in the IMSA spring program that she was invited to and we needed a recommendation from her teachers. We have sent many of the recommendations to her teachers and none of them received one. We contacted a worker for help and it didn't work. Because of this, my daughter can't do this program that she was invited to for free and I feel that this is ridiculous. I feel we should not have to do this but the company should since she was invited by them, not that I am signing her up and paying for this. All I am asking is for some help so my daughter can have an opportunity like this to learn and grow. If there is something you can do to help please inform me right away and if not it is fine.

Thank you

MD

Hi @margaretmaid

We regret that you are facing this issue. We recommend that you ask the teachers to check their spam/junk folders and see if the request was sent. If not, ask them to deactivate their firewall, if any, and then you can resend the request for a recommendation.

If they still do not receive the request, we suggest you submit a support ticket so that our Support team can work with the enrollment specialist to get the process completed. You can click on this link to submit a ticket.

Have you tried reaching out to the company directly to explain the issue? They might have alternative solutions or be able to assist you further.
