I can't submit the enrollment form because it says the address is invalid. Please help. I don't know what to do. Thank you!

I've cleared the address record in the Chrome browser and typed the address manually. It still doesn't work.

Hi @emmaYJD,

Thank you for reaching out for assistance through the Community!  I understand you are experiencing an error message of "invalid address".  Would you confirm if the submit button is grayed out, please?

Yes, the submit button was grayed out and I couldn't press it. Furthermore, there is one new problem with this comment:"Please do not list parents/guardians OR emergency contacts below." Even though I didn't do so. Please help out too. Thank you!

@emmaYJD,

Thank you for providing this information!  Are you able to edit the address or is the address field grayed out also?  As far as the do not list comment you are seeing, that is just advising to not list any of the information in that particular section.  The message is not saying that you did list any information.

I can edit the address, but no matter how I tried, it always says "You must provide a valid address before you can submit this form." in red.

About the Don't list comment, from my experience, once there are some words appearing in red, it means something wrong and you are not able to submit the format.

@emmaYJD,

Thank you for providing this information!  The only issue is the invalid address.  I recommend contacting the District Administration Office to speak to the PowerSchool Administrator so the form can be reviewed.  As this may be a form issue.  If there is an issue with the form the administrator should be able to correct the form or know who to contact to get the form corrected.  I hope this information helps!
