can not get Daughter registered

Hi 

I have gone threw the whole form several times and can not see what i am doing wrong. Keeps saying to go fix the ones in the red which i did several times but Submit will not come up. Any suggestions

It sounds like there may be a required field missing from your form. I would suggest reviewing your form thoroughly to ensure that all required fields are completed, and that all fields are in a valid format. This should allow you to successfully submit your form.

I can not register my son been dealing with this for the past two days. It says there is an error loading info I have review it many times and still is not letting me. It says is not loading
