birthdate blocking my submission

I have correctly typed in my child's birthdate (turning 5 this coming month). It says that they must be 5 by start of school in September to be able to register for Kindergarten, but it isn't letting me submit. It appears to be a similar problem has has happened to other registrants. Looking forward to some support!

@tjgc13 You should contact the school and/or district where you are hoping to enroll your child. They can check to see if anything in their setup that is blocking the enrollment application process.
