Where's the responses to our complaints??????

Does anyone actually read our complaints and do anything about it?  I figure this is a distraction board to keep us from actually getting the answers we seek because there is no interest in making it easier for us or our children...

And when I called the school as the canned response on this board suggests they just told us to keep trying. so we wasted another 5 hours tonite because they won't help us until the form is submitted which we can't do because it doesn't work and they won't tell us why so we can't submit the form so they are allowed to help us,
