What is the access ID for my children

I'm trying to make a parent account and add my children but I don't know what the access ID is and it won't let me add them to my account or create one. I want to make an account because I need to do the online registration for my kids. It would be really nice if I got your help. 🙂

You need to obtain the Access ID and Access Password from the school in order to create a PowerSchool Parent Portal account.

While completing your children's registration through PowerSchool Parent Portal, the Access ID and Password are needed to add your children to your Parent Portal account.

Hi @lavona, 

The school district should have sent you an email on your registered email address with the Access ID and password. I recommend checking the spam/junk folders of your email address.

you have to call the administrators office a request the access id and password 🙂
