Hi I keep getting the error saying unable to submit form but there are no errors and all required fields have been filled, please help
A common issue that prevents parents from submitting their forms is the Priority page. Each contact on that page needs to have a different priority number. If the parents are '1' and '2' for example, the emergency contacts would need to be '3', '4', and so on. Once this is completed, you should be able to successfully submit your form.
This article should walk through the steps of setting the priority settings within the Contacts section of the registration form.
Where is this 'priority page', and how does one access it ? I find no priority page in any of the sections
of the new student form.

I don't know if this really was the problem, but what solved my submit issue was to go back to the 'Emergency Contacts' section and enter: 1. mother, 2. father, 3. third contact
Before I had three 'other' contacts listed and no mention of parents.
Plus, I don't know if that entry triggered something else, but then new questions appeared
in the 'Student Residency Questionnaire/Affidavit' section about who the student lived
with and how long we have had residence in Santa Cruz. Maybe this was something that
was fixed from yesterday, I don't know.
