Unable to submit

Unable to submit or edit fields. When I try to edit "Phone number 2" field, it says, "we can't open it and contact support". Pls help.

It sounds like you may be attempting to edit a read-only field. These are fields that were intended to be pre-populated by your school district's database. To edit this information, I would suggest reaching out to your school district directly.
