I have filled out the form and reviewed for an hour and it is not clear what is incomplete and why it won't let me submit the form.
I reviewed other forum submissions and those examples do not seem to apply.
Please let me know when you find out. I'm having the same problem.

A commonly overlooked field on PS Enrollment forms is the question at the end of each Emergency Contact "Would you like to add an additional Contact?" If you do not have any additional contacts to add, select "No" from this dropdown. Otherwise, select "Yes" and you will be able to enter another Emergency Contact on that page. Once you've completed this field, you should be able to submit your form.

Hi, I had the same issue of not being permitted to submit and not seeing why. I went through the each page of the entire application looking for errors. What I found was an error message in the Emergency section: I did not sequence the order of emergency contacts correctly (1, 2, 3) for the whole list, including my own name. Once I did this, the red typed error message at the top of the page disappeared and I was able to submit the entire application. Not sure if this is your case, but I thought it was easy to overlook.
I'm not seeing any kind of sequencing option in the new student registration form. Oddly enough, most of the phone number entry forms are of the format xxx-xxx-xxxx but there is one that eliminates the dashes and
only accepts xxxxxxxxxx I can't get the submit button to become active on the Review and Submit page, and there are no fields highlighted as errors.
