It sounds like there is still a missing required field on your form. A common page where fields are overlooked is the Agreements page. I would suggest reviewing this page to ensure that all fields and dropdowns are answered, such as the question "Is your student colorblind?" in the Science Safety Agreement section of the page. Once you've completed all required fields, you should be able to submit your form.
