Unable to reopen already submitted registration

I apparently made some mistakes to the registration but I cannot reopen it in order to make these changes. When I click on the View Submitted Form link, it takes me only to the 'Next Steps' page that offers Print option or New Registration.  How can I go back into it?

Thank you for posting in the Community!  Once the enrollment forms are submitted they can be re-opened.  You can contact the school or the PowerSchool Support Team to request the forms to be deleted.  If you chose to delete the forms you will have to complete all of the forms again.  You can contact the Support Team here.
