Unable to Submit

I have gone over all of the fields five different times and I still can't submit the information.  It looks like this is a very common problem.  Is there someone at PowerSchool that can review the information that I have entered to tell me where the issue might be.

Check the Priority section. They should be numbered 1-5 ( or however many parents and emergency contacts you have) I made that mistake . Number the parents 1 and 2 then emergency contacts 3, 4, and so on. Hope this helps.

This priority set up is a common reason why users are not able to submit the registration form.  Here is an article that walks through the process as well.
