Submitting form

I really wish the program would highlight the "errors" on the form! I have reviewed the form at least 10 times, have had two other people review it with me...I do not see any errors, yet the "submit" button is grayed out, inhibiting me to submit the registration form. Is there an easier way to see what "errors" I am missing?

I had trouble submitting too. The problem I had was the computer would not accept any information my computer automatically filled out. I had to tab and put everything in myself and could not used automatically entered data. I normally love when my computer does things automatically but not at that time.

PS Enrollment forms do not allow information to be auto-filled from your web browser. You should be able to complete the fields on the form manually.

I filled in all catagories myself and my submit tab is still greyed out. I clicked on this link and the page is unavailable... Please help me submit my registration form. It mentions I am able to bring in a copy of all necessary paperwork needed into the office. I did upload a few things however. Is this the problem?? Please help as the new school year is starting soon. Thanks

Alternatively, you can click the "Contact Support" tab at the top of this page, select the "Registration" product from the product list, and open a case that way.

I also am having trouble with submitting the application. I've reviewed the application a dozen times now unsure what the issue is.  I also clicked on the help link that was a response by the technician but link showed "no page"

I am having the same problem. I've double checked everything and the only thing I've noticed is my son's birthday. His is April. But the computer has it in as 4/15 instead of 04/15 but it won't let me edit it. Not really sure what to do from here.

Fields that are unable to be edited have been set that way by your school district. If you need to change information in a read-only field, we would suggest reaching out to your school district for further assistance.

I'm having the same issue as everyone else. Can they simply just work out the registration glitch?

We have not yet received reports of a glitch affecting our users. It is more likely that there are still required fields missing from your form, which are preventing you from submitting it. I would suggest reaching out to our Support team via Live Assist, who will be able to inform you of which fields you still need to complete. I've gone through it eight times. I searched for "required" and "invalid format" and everything his been filled it. Please consider having an enrollment system that highlights missing information to eliminate the guesswork and avoid the user having to take more steps.
