Submitting Forms

I have filled out ALL of the required blanks, and even some that weren't, on my child's returning enrollment for Leander ISD. It STILL will not let me submit. I have been trying since July. Please help.

Hello @sarahrankin , thank you for participating in PowerSchool Community!

A common issue that prevents forms from being submitted is the Priority page. Each contact listed on that page needs to be assigned a unique priority number. If the parents are "1" and "2", for example, you'd want to have the emergency contacts labeled "3", "4", and so on. Once each contact has a unique priority number, you should be able to submit your form successfully.

Please let me know if you have any further questions!

Ok but I did that; I assigned 1 to myself, 2 to my ex-husband, 3 to my current husband, 4 to ex-husband's wife. Then on emergency contacts, I did the same. 1 to my mother, 2 to my dad, 3 to a friend of mine, 4 to my grandmother. I don't understand how that's wrong......

Nevermind. I figured it out. Didn't realize the priorities went all the way down to 8

That's Great!  I'm glad you were able to submit your child's registration form!

Where are the priorities ?  I'm not seeing any priorities.

@nullmodel, if you look over on the left side of the screen, there’s a column of the different sections of the registration. Click on “priorities” and it’ll take you to them. I made the mistake of doing 1-4 on parents and 1-4 on emerg contacts, but you have to number it 1-8.

I guess I'm working on some other form that what you are discussing here.  I'm trying to submit a new student form.  There are no priorities on any page for parents, children, or emergency contacts.

Hello @nullmodel, I recommend ensuring all fields and checkboxes are completed before submitting the registration form.  Fields that are commonly overlooked on the registration form are adding a phone number and the phone number type such as home, work, cell, as well as the checkbox under the parent contact in which the student resides. I also recommend reviewing the setup of priority for contacts listed within the registration form.
