Submit forms solution

So like many others I could not submit the registration form. Over about 50 times of reviewing I contacted a lady via chat on here. She told me it was an invalid format on dentist #. I had left the dentist info blank at for awhile the I put in na and 000. If your like me my kids have the all kids and we dont have a private dentist so i didnt have info to put there. Anyway the lady told me to do was wrong. What I ended up figuring out finally by myself is to leave it all blank. The name and number, just leave it blank. Hit submit. It will come back as invalid and you will have to go hit submit again. Then it should finally take you to payment and boom your good to go.

This sounds like it may be an issue with the registration form.  I am glad you were able to submit your registration form.  I will be sure to escalate the process of selecting submit twice after receiving an error message to our Enrollment Support team.
