I finally got mine to got through. I started on a different child and did NOT add an address for either emergency contacts. If you don’t choose a state, it doesn’t require an address. If you’ve selected a state, choose the dropdown for states and pick “select state” or “select” and delete the rest of the information for the address. Once that child went through, I completed the rest of them, but I did delete my first child and restarted his last. Hope this helps
