Student record has been placed on hold.

Hello,

 

I am trying to register my daughter but the date of birth authentication will not accept her date of birth, and now the record has been placed on hold.

 Would you please help with that?

We suggest you reach out to the district directly to enquire about this because they would surely assist you to remove the hold and verify if the date of birth is correct.
