I have not received my daughters individual snapcode. I have called the school and they said it wasn't a big deal but when she went to look for them on whatever sheet she couldn't find them? I just want to make sure my kids have a school to go to next Thursday. Can someone help please!
Hi @jgonzales0926,
Thank you for reaching out for assistance through the Community! Snap codes are issued by the District Administration Office. I recommend contacting the district office to speak with the PowerSchool Administrator to confirm when the snap code will be issued if it has not already. If I can assist with anything else, please let me know!

Snapcodes are student-specific identifying codes that add an extra layer of security to your student’s information. You should have received an email from the school in your registered email address containing the Snapcode. Each snapcode is 15 characters in length, with the structure 5 letters, 5 numbers, then 5 letters again. I recommend rechecking the email from your student's school to retrieve the Snapcode.
If you have not received your snapcode or are not able to access it, we would recommend that you contact your school’s Registration department directly to receive your snapcode. However, there are a few steps you can take before contacting your school.
