Returning student registration will not submit

please help my daughters returning student information will not submit. everything is filled out there is nothing wrong with any of the forms yet the submit button is still shaded! please help!

If you are still having trouble submitting your form, I would suggest reviewing the form to make sure that all required fields are complete and in the correct format. Once you have completed all fields in the correct format, you should be able to successfully submit your form.
