Returning Student--Review & Submit--Submit button NOT active

I have reviewed all content 30 times--there is nothing missing or worng with the data---form is invalid.  Fix it--this is irritating.

If the registration form appears to be completed and you are unable to submit the form, I recommend confirming the priority of the contacts are assigned.  I recommend reviewing this article to walk through the steps of assigning the priority of contacts within the registration form.
