The "Unexpected Problem" error message can usually be resolved by clearing your browsing history, cache, and cookies, or switching to a different web browser. If you are still receiving the error message afterward, it is possible that the error is being caused by something on the back end of the form. In this case, I would suggest contacting your school district directly for further assistance.
