I CAN NOT SUBMIT AND I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY, I DON'T HAVE ANY ERRORS. SPRING ISD WILL NOT HAVE MY CHILD MISSING THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL BECAUSE OF YA'LL!!!!!! THIS IS REALLY SAD. SPRING ISD IS SO UNORGANIZED!!!
Hello @vendylon , thank you for participating in PowerSchool Community!
A common issue that prevents parents from submitting their forms is the Priority page. Each contact on that page needs to have a different priority number. If the parents are '1' and '2' for example, the emergency contacts would need to be '3', '4', and so on. Once this is completed, you should be able to successfully submit your form.
Please let me know if you have any further questions!
Where is the priority number, do we see those number?
The "Next" button is the one that dictate what page goes next, can't even pass the Health and Emergency page.....
Hello @Masanna , thank you for participating in PowerSchool Community!
Typically, the "Unexpected Problem" error message can be resolved by clearing your browsing history, cache, and cookies, or switching to a different web browser. If this does not resolve the issue, it is likely that it is caused by an issue on the back end of the form. In this case, I would suggest reaching out to your school district directly to report the issue.
Please let me know if you have any further questions!
Thank you, I reach out to the school.
Regarding the error.

Hello @Masanna , that's great to hear! Please let us know if we can be of further assistance moving forward.
@SamuelN, not everyone has a priority page. You are not the only moderator who has given this advice. There are a lot of parents in this forum who are having the exact same issue. (Everything is complete and correct yet the ‘submit’ button isn’t lighting up) Given that the number of people who take the time to sign up for forum membership and post about the problem is probably a tiny fraction of the users who have tried to fill out forms and then given up in frustration because it simply isn’t working.....well, school districts around the country are about to be inundated with parents calling with registration problems. I wouldn’t want to be an administrator of a district that is paying for the PowerSchool program who found out that there was a big technical flaw keeping parents from being able to register their children and that the company representatives are advising people to fix errors on a page that literally does not exist for everyone.
This is NOT user error. This is an apparently widespread flaw that needs to be acknowledged and fixed.
Yes, this is clearly a problem with the PowerSchool registration form.
why can i not find my children?
Thank you for posting your question in the PowerSchool Community!
Would you please provide if you are attempting to locate your child's information within the Enrollment site to complete your child's registration form or if you are attempting to add your child to your parent web portal account to view your child's grades, schedule, and assignments?
