I received emails this morning to register my kids. When I click on the returning student registration icon, it goes to the next page the message Action has closed. Returning student registration is unavailable.
The school district code is JMGL.

We are sorry, but there is a problem with the snapcode. It appears that the snapcode has already been associated with a different family account. In order to access this Registration you MUST sign in as Alishba Q. (ali*****@k12*****.org) .
Note: a snapcode corresponds to a specific student’s Registration . It can only be linked to a single PowerSchool Enrollment account (Email Address/Password). Once a snapcode has been linked to a specific account, those forms can only be accessed by logging in with that email address.

It sounds like you are attempting to access the Returning Student registration through the PowerSchool Parent Portal. If the link in the Parent Portal is not functioning, this indicates that there may be a set-up issue on your school district's end. I would suggest contacting your school district directly have them investigate this issue.

Is this the same suggestion you have for when I click on the link in Parent Portal and the endless wheel doesn't go away? It stays at "authenticating."
