Resetting Password

I already have an email associated with one of my children's accounts and I have forgotten my password to login to register them for a sport. But when I try to do the password reset, I never get the email to try to reset my password. I have done it several times and have even waited a while before trying again.

Hello @natysvetkids,

 

Thank you for reaching out in the PowerSchool Community! It appears that you were able to login to Enrollment on 08/01/2022.  In this case, are you no longer able to login today or are you trying to log into the Mobile app?  If you are not able to reset your password for the mobile app, you would need to contact the school/district to further troubleshoot.  Due to security reasons, PowerSchool is unable to view your account settings.   Please let us know if you have any more questions. No, I am unable to login, I am unable to reset my password, I am not able to access anything other then this site and the registration site. The parent portal for powerschool will not ALLOW me to login or send me resetting options!

 This is the error I am getting. When I go to reset password it does not send me a link, when I try look-up username, it does not send me anything either. I have tried creating a new account, it does not let me either....

This is a known error message that can be fixed by clearing the cache and cookies or switching the browser to access the portal.

 

If you are trying to access the Parent Portal using the mobile app please refer to this the steps provided in this article: Invalid-Username-or-Password-quot-Error-at-Sign-In.

 

If these do not fix the error, I would suggest that you reach out to the district and they should be able to reset the password at their end and help you log in to your account.

I am having the same issue, unable to locate my UN or PW and when using the password reset option, I never receive an email. Please help me get access, thanks!

Have you checked your spam/junk folders when looking for the password rest option?
