I already have an email associated with one of my children's accounts and I have forgotten my password to login to register them for a sport. But when I try to do the password reset, I never get the email to try to reset my password. I have done it several times and have even waited a while before trying again.

In this case, are you no longer able to login today or are you trying to log into the Mobile app? If you are not able to reset your password for the mobile app, you would need to contact the school/district to further troubleshoot. This is the error I am getting. When I go to reset password it does not send me a link, when I try look-up username, it does not send me anything either. I have tried creating a new account, it does not let me either....

This is a known error message that can be fixed by clearing the cache and cookies or switching the browser to access the portal.
If you are trying to access the Parent Portal using the mobile app please refer to this the steps provided in this article: Invalid-Username-or-Password-quot-Error-at-Sign-In.
If these do not fix the error, I would suggest that you reach out to the district and they should be able to reset the password at their end and help you log in to your account.
