This is insane! Now how I'm supposed to register my child for school without registering? #SOFRUSTRATED

The message stating the registration form is not available sounds like the school has closed the dates to complete the registration form or may have temporarily closed the form for maintenance.  I recommend reaching out to the school to request assistance to complete the returning student registration.
