'we just moved to the school system, I went on line to file out the current school year form and for some reason the pw that I had used prior was not working, so I had a new password sent to my e-mail and then tried to open the form. A notice came up there are Technical difficilites , why was there not a warning on the front page of the form informating anyone of a problem and time line when the fix when be completed. I know others like myself can not set at that the computer and keep trying till the system is corrected. In the prior school system they send out notices to emails on file of the issue and wha to do about it. Sounds like the server was overloaded if that is the case the IT department needs to invest monies to handle the large volume of input at the begining of each school year.

I'm sorry you are experiencing difficulties accessing the registration form. Are you able to provide the message you are receiving and the details of the process you are taking when you receive the error message so we are able to further assist?
I was completing the school application for my daughter and found several questions that are required but do not apply to our specific situation.
The required information about place of employment and phone number section will not led you leave blank or put NA in the sections. Neither my wife or I are employed . the system stops us for submitting the app . There should be a drop down to make selection either retired or self-employed. Please tell us what to put in the spaces so I can finish the process.
Thank you in advance for your help.
Thank you for your response! @basic2556
The school district sets the required fields within each registration form. With the dentist and employer fields being required within your child's registration form, I recommend reaching out to the school to assist in completing the registration forms when data for these fields are not available. The school should be able to walk through steps to complete the field and submitting your child's registration form.
