Received An Unexpected Problem Has Occurred

I am trying to complete the registration for returning students, once completed all the required the fields on the "Health and Emergency" page, then hit the "Next" and this error occurred:

"An Unexpected Problem Has Occured". If you go back and strt where you left off, and enter all the info, the same thing happen again.

Frustrating, I did it 5x for 1 student to no avail......

Either fix the issue or please advise of work around.

Typically, the "Unexpected Problem" error message can be resolved by clearing your browsing history, cache, and cookies, or switching to a different web browser. If this does not resolve the issue, it is likely that it is caused by an issue on the back end of the form. In this case, I would suggest reaching out to your school district directly to report the issue.
