When I submitted my form, it said I had an invalid format on something. Sure enough when I typed in the main phone number I didn't put in dashes. I have gone back and edited it three times, and it shows up as corrected but I still get the error message when I try to submit. FYI the main number, my cell number and our home number are all the same number.
Hello @sharlasink , thank you for participating in PowerSchool Community!
A page where required fields are typically overlooked is the Health page. Typically, each field on this page is required to be completed, so I would suggest going through and making sure all fields (Name of Family Physician, Name of Specialist, Name of Hospital, etc.) are completed. Once you have done so, you should be able to successfully submit your form.
Please let me know if you have any questions!
I am having this same issue. All fields are complete. Only the main phone number field causes issues.
Hello @Cherryandgary , thank you for participating in PowerSchool Community!
It sounds like the main phone number field may be entered in an invalid format. I would suggest making sure that the phone number you've entered matches the formatting requirements listed above the field. Correcting this should allow you to submit your form successfully.

I'm having this issue. I have checked and triple checked to ensure I have the correct format but it's still giving the same error.
How did you fix the issue?

I recommend ensuring all fields and checkboxes are completed before submitting the registration form. Fields that are commonly overlooked on the registration form are adding a phone number and the phone number type such as home, work, cell, as well as the checkbox under the parent contact in which the student resides.
I also recommend reviewing the setup of priority for contacts listed within the registration form. This article should guide you through the process of setting the priority for each contact.
