Only Text in Street Name

We have a numerical street name which I am unable to enter into the street name field without receiving an error (text only field).

Thank you for reaching out for assistance through the Community!  It appears the address listed for parent 2 is not in the correct format.  If you selected "No" the secondary parent does not live with the student an address is required to be listed.  If the address you are attempting to list is the numerical address, I recommend spelling out the number.  If you have any other questions, please let me know and I will be happy to help!

Yes, I am attempting to enter an address for my kiddos’ noncustodial parent. It is a Farm to Market (FM) road and the number of the road is a four digit number. It would be equivalent to entering a street like 14th Street. So if I am understanding correctly, you are suggesting that if the address is, for example, FM 4227, I would enter FM Four Thousand Two Hundred Twenty-Seven? Will that even fit?

If you are unable to spell out the numbers within the street name in the street address field, I recommend reaching out to the school to see if you can enter in a street and have the school correct the address field within the school's Student Information System.
