Mine comes up with an error saying “action has closed” no where to click to even begin registration. Super frustrating! Please help

Thank you for posting in the Community! If you are getting an error that the action is closed, then you may have the wrong link to the enrollment forms. I recommend checking the school website as the correct enrollment link may be on there with instructions. If you have any questions, please let me know and I will be happy to help!
Error: "We're unable to correctly load the fields on the form. Please contact support to resolve this issue."
Checked all "Required Fields" and they are populated. It won't let me submit.

The "Unable to Load Fields" error typically occurs because of a weak Internet connection. However, this error will not prevent you from continuing to work on your form.
A common issue that can occur is with the Occupational Survey section of the Additional page. If you have never performed any of the listed jobs, you will be required to select "I have not performed any of these jobs." Once this section is completed, you should be able to submit your form successfully.

I had completed the job survey with “not preformed” but it still won’t let me submit.

A case can be created with Registration Support by selecting Contact Support at the top of any page in the Community and choosing Contact Support within the Registration product portal.

A common issue on the Contacts page that may be preventing you from submitting your form is not having a primary phone number marked for each contact. Since there are multiple phone number fields for each contact you can enter on your form, one of these phone number fields must be marked as the primary phone number for each contact. For example, if you've entered both the Mother and the Father's contact information in your form, both the Mother and the Father will need a phone number marked as primary.
Another issue you can check for is duplicate phone numbers being entered. You can only enter a phone number one time per contact, so make sure that the phone numbers are not entered multiple times for a contact.
