Online Registration

I am trying to complete my son’s registration but unable to. I was asked about our residency status, which I answered as “shared residency”. It then generated a series of documents required to be uploaded, including the 4 proofs of residency, shared residency affidavit, and notification of penalties form. I can upload the 4 proofs of residency, but I no longer have the affidavit or notification of penalties form, because I submitted them at the shared residency meeting & they were never returned to me. Should I choose “homeowner” as our residency status & simply upload only our mortgage statement for the house & MLGW Bill? Or is there something else that I should do to accurately complete the registration? Please help! 🙂

Thank you for your post!  I recommend contacting the school or District Administration Office to verify how they prefer you to proceed with completing the residency information.  If you have any other questions, please let me know and I will be happy to help!
