Not recognizing email address

When I try to log into theTPS Online Returning Student Verification, the system is not recognizing my email address. I went ahead and 'registered', using the same email address, but the system is still indicating that the email address is not recognized.


Do you have some suggestions to move forward?

Thank you for posting your concern on PowerSchool Community!

There are a couple of instances where this would occur:

  1. Your login credentials are incorrect. 
  2. The school district might have temporarily disabled access to the Parent portal during a roll-over. 

I would recommend reaching out to the school district and they should be able to follow up with you with a resolution
