Not getting eBlasts

I'm no longer getting the eBlasts from the school. I missed the one where I could register my child's phone number so that she could be connected to her peer buddy. I didn't see anything regarding the bookstore until very recently. I'm worried we're missing important communications and I'm not getting any responses from the school. Has this happened to anyone else?
