I am not being allowed to submit my registration form

Are you receiving an error message when you attempt to submit your registration form for the 2019-2020 school year?
I'm not getting an error message. It's not allowing to me to submit the form. Submit isn't highlighted and I have went over it a couple of times.
I am having that problem as well with 2 of my kids, but the other 2 went through just fine. I noticed the system is creating a 1 digit year and date instead of 2 digit for my kids after I entered it. I think because they have 1 digit dates for example April 7th, the system is changing it from 04/07 to 4/7.

If you are still experiencing issues submitting your form, please ensure that all required fields are completed and in the correct format. Once this is completed, you should be able to successfully submit your form.
Please let me know if you have any further questions!
I already checked my registration, and all the "Required" fields are correct, but I still can not submit my daughter's registration.
Hello @AlexF06 , thank you for participating in PowerSchool Community!
A common issue that may be preventing you from submitting your form is the Priority page. Each contact listed on that page needs to have a different priority number listed. If you have the parents as "1" and "2", for example, you would need to list the Emergency Contacts as "3", "4", and so on. Once you've selected a unique priority number for each contact, you should be able to submit your form successfully.
Please let me know if you have any further questions!

I am also having issues submitting. I've completed the form and have reviewed it 5 times and the submit button will not light up.

If you are having trouble submitting a form successfully, we would suggest reviewing your form for any missing fields or invalid formats, as this will prevent the form from submitting. If you cannot locate this error, I would suggest reaching out to our Support team via Live Assist, who will be able to inform you of what specific errors are preventing the form from submitting. You can start a live chat with our Support team here: https://help.powerschool.com/t5/Support-Case-Chat/ct-p/SupportCaseChat
There is definitely something wrong with the form. It was just confirmed by the online support. They have instructed me to contact my school district.
It was easier to register for my grad school program than this. Not impressed.
Hello @ArmchairAstronaut , thank you for participating in PowerSchool Community!
Each form that we created is customized based on the request of the school district in question. If our support team has discovered an issue with your form, your school district should be able to report this issue and let you know when it has been resolved.
Please let me know if you have any questions!
Having the same problem, but I won't sign in to a live chat that warns me that my screen may be shared with the support person. There's no reason for that.
The form is broken. I spoke with a representative from my school district's IT department and he confirmed that an older form existed and then was modified by the developer. He believes that a required field may have been removed, but the form wasn't updated properly so the form continually reads that it is lacking information (even though we can't enter the information). I wish the moderators of this forum would stop suggesting we aren't filling out the form correctly and acknowledge that their product is busted and try to fix it.
I have had the same problem all day and decided to go out and sign back in and and instead of picking up where you leave off choose cancel (warns it will not save anything you have done) however when i did this it showed last years submission and a submission for today - to which i could then print. hope that helps you....never could get the submit to work in the form either
Hello,
I am also having this problem with trying to submit the student registration. I will get to the last page to "Sumbit" but at the top of the page it says to Click the fields below "Required or Invalid Format" and correct or change my information. All information is correct. I did notice the my childs birth year is one diget instead of the 2 , exp. 6 vs. 06. The "submit" at the bottom of the last page is not highlighted either to allow me to finish up and go to the fees page. There are several other parents in the 4k program that are having this problem as well. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

We have seen many users experiencing difficulties submitting their registration forms this summer. We have found the two most common resolutions to submit the registration form are the priority settings for contacts and emergency contacts as well as the 'receives mail' field is not completed.
I recommend ensuring all fields are complete including the 'receives mail' field.
This article will guide you through the process of setting up the contact priority within the form.
If you are continuing to experience difficulties submitting your registration form, I recommend reaching out to Enrollment Support using our Live Chat feature.

A commonly overlooked section on the Family page is the "Information for Parents/Legal Guardians Not Residing at Physical Address Listed Above" section. This section requires you to either answer "Yes" or "No" to the question: "Would you like to provide contact information for the additional household?" Once you have answered this question and completed any additional fields related to it, you should be able to submit your form successfully.
Please let me know if you have any questions!
