Not allowing me to submit returning student registration form. Please HELP

I have deleted and completed the forms numerous of times and it is not allowing me to submitted it. I think it is because my address is not in the correct format but I am unable to edit it.

It could also be his birthday because it in the  wrong format and I am unable to change it.

Thank you for reaching out for assistance through the Community!  If there are fields that are in the an incorrect format and you are unable to edit them, I recommend contacting the school for additional assistance. Fields that are grayed out are pre-populated fields with information that was provided by the district.  If you have any other questions, please let me know and I will be happy to help!
