Not allowing me to submit form

I'm having a hard time submitting the online forms. Everything was filled out and then at the very end it said not able to submit forms.

Brani5... I have also. I even deleted my old one and tried to redo it. It still will not submit. Everything that is required has been filled in and there is no red "you did this wrong" type of things either.

This is the craziest thing I have ever seen...so aggravating not to be able to prevent standing in long lines & filling out all those forms....

No I haven't. I just saved & exit after redoing the form like 5 times.

I realize that I should not have waited until 08/04 to complete this form when it is due tomorrow, but I am also having submission problems. I saved and logged out, thinking that it might have been just a glitch. It lets me log back into Power School, but then when I click on where in the online forms I want to go it sends me to a 2nd log in screen. It asks for my email and password. I enter it and it doesn't recognize it. I then click the option to log in by my cell phone number and password and it again doesn't recognize it. Now, thinking that I have not registered for something, I click on the "create an account" and it informs me that a snapcode account has been already assigned to my son's accound. It lists my name as Lisa. S. and then an email (with *** parts) that is not my email.

This is very frustrating. I am hoping that when my husband takes our son tomorrow to Back to School day that they can then help him submit the form that they are wanting!

Please share if you know how to address this issue.

I keep getting an error message.  It won't let me submit.  Keeps saying that there are required fields that were left blank but there aren't any.

I'm not allowed to Submit either.  I've completed everything that should be completed and there are no warnings listed.  UGH.

A common section that is overlooked when completing forms is the "After School Care" section of the Emergency page. You will be required to provide the transportation information for both the morning and afternoon to ensure that the form is successfully submitted.

Another common issue is making sure that phone numbers are entered in the correct format. If you have entered a new phone number in a field for a contact, make sure that you've entered it in the format (xxx) xxx-xxxx without any extra spaces. This shoudl allow you to submit your form successfully.

Thank you for the response to our concerns, but neither of these has allowed me to submit the form.  The phone number requirements for my form are xxx-xxx-xxxx and I've completed the after school info mentioned.  Any other ideas as to why this would not submit?

Hello @dawnhallen , thank you for participating in PowerSchool Community!

A common issue that may be preventing you from submitting your form is the various sections on the Medical page. If you have selected that your student will be receiving regular medical care (Benadryl, Oragel, etc.) you will need to complete the fields associated with that medical care (Time of Day, storage requirements, etc.). Once you have completed this section, you should be able to submit your form successfully.

I believe I have completed the medical section in its entirety.  I don't have any idea what could be the problem.  Is there any way someone could go through the registration with me and point out what is incorrect?  Thank you.

I kept getting the same message that I needed to check for errors in red or required fields...every time i got that message I went back to the first page via the column on the left with the various section headers. I checked it 50 times and the final time I got the error message I scrolled down on that page and low and behold all of the sudden there was one bright red oval where I hadn't selected "Listed" or "Unlisted" for one of my contacts. I fixed that and the hit the next button til the end and problem solved. I hope the way I am explaining it makes sense! (Instead of exiting off the page to a different page from the error message...just scroll down and look for the red flags!) I was so relieved when it popped up!

Okay...so I was having the same issues, but finally figured it out.  This wasn't intuitive, but under the emergency contact information when it asks you to order them by priority, the parent/gaurdians should be 1 & 2, then the emergency contacts should be 3 & 4.  Hope this helps!
