No option to accpet seat

I received an email to either accept or decline a seat for my child but I do not see an option to do so. There is only one link in the email that takes me to the seat placement and has no options to accept or decline. Is there something else I need to do? It is this way for all of my children

We understand your concern but you would directly want to reach out to the enrollment section of your school district to get further clarification on the next steps involved in your child's registration process. Also, I recommend keeping an eye out for other email communications from your school district.
