New to grinnell, any important dates to know of before school starts

My daughter went to a private kindergarten so this is her first year at grinnell, compared to the other elementary schools websites grinnells has significantly less information available. I keep reading through posts about registration issues and see people commenting about events this week at the school. Is there any I should be aware of that I have somehow yet to find or be informed of?
