New Student Registration -wrong school year

Hi,

i have just completed new student student registrations for both of my kids.

after completing the registrations and submitting I have realized there was one for year 2018-2019 - current school year and one for 2019-2020 upcoming school year.

i submitted the forms for the wrong school year. How do I correct this error without having to create duplicate registration?

Thank you in advance for any help.

Hi @Kate2044m , thank you for this question!

Data cannot be transferred between two different forms, as each form is created uniquely for your school district each year. I would suggest submitting a new form for the correct school year, then contacting your school district to let them know of the submitted form for the incorrect school year so they can remove the record.

Is this still the case or do Districts have more power to adjust to a different school year if the wrong form was filled out? Or should we just deliver the record and manually update the entry/exit dates?

Hi @cmanders1

Thank you for reaching out to the community for assistance.

Any changes to a submitted form can be done by the school administration only. However, transferring information between two submitted forms is not possible at present.

I would suggest submitting a new form for the correct school year, then contacting the school district to let them know of the submitted form for the incorrect school year so they can remove the record.
