I am a new student parent seeking help with this PowerSchool set up. I originally started completing my daughter's enrollment back on 06/26 when registration opened, but registration quickly closed the very next day 06/27. It has opened back up for Katy ISD today 07/26, and now my daughter's information is completely gone. It's like I never started enrolling her. But- Powerschool has my daughter listed as a student. I never completed my enrollment for her.
This is beyond frustrating since I was already in the homestretch of finishing. Is anyone else having this issue in any way in PowerSchool where the grade choice is not available???

The PowerSchool Community is a great resource if you have any issues completing fields within the enrollment form. Each district, however, has a different registration process and can provide the best steps to follow when enrolling students.
I suggest you contact the district directly to inquire about this. They would surely be able to update the records and fix the error.
