My daughter won lottery, accepted school, she's nowhere in school records

received an email from power school that my daughter won the seat in school through lottery at Star Academy Sacramento .

I went ahead and completed registration before the deadline and uploaded and submitted all the required documents.

I went to the school just to check because i didnt receive any email after submitting the registration. 

and i found out she's no where in the system.

it's very frustrating

The lottery forms are designed according to the school district's requirements. I recommend reaching out to your school district's enrollment section, as they should be in a better position to assist you further with this. They can also create a support case with the PowerSchool Enrollment team on your behalf if necessary.
