I created my account this morning and I can log in and out of my account through my browser on my computer. That same user name and password doesn't work on the mobile app. My husband then created an account that works through his browser but also won't allow him to log into the mobile app.
If anyone else is experiencing this problem, I selected forgot user name and then was sent one via email. I then did forgot password and was sent a link to create a password. I was then able to login on the mobile device. My original login info for the browser vision still works, but for whatever reason I needed a school generated user name to get in. It's a silly work around since you would think your user name and password would work on both platforms.
