Invalid address for new student registration

Hi, I am trying to access the New to Newberry County online Registration form for my Kindergartner. 

It won't seem to access anything. Keeps saying invalid address  

Can anyone help me with this. I have tried all of the suggested tasks that have been posted in previous complaints, to no avail.
