When I tried to create new account in powerschool for my kid, I got stuck on page 'Snapcode Authentication'. I entered correct kid's birthday several times but it kept saying 'Date does not match the date of birth recorded for this student.'
How do I get this thing fixed?

It seems the school may not have the same birthdate or format has the birthdate you are entering within the Enrollment site. I recommend contacting your child's school to confirm the date in which the school has for your child's birthdate. The school can change the birthdate within its Student Information System if needed.
