I am trying to log in to enroll my son but it says the birthdate doesn't match. After 3 attempts, the account is now locked. What can I do now?

It sounds like your student's record has been put on hold. This hold can be removed by your school district, so I would suggest contacting your student's school district directly to have the hold removed.
It is also possible that you were unable to access the form because the date of birth that your district has on file for your student is incorrect. When you contact them to remove the hold, I would ask them to confirm that the date of birth they have on file is correct. This should allow you to access the form successfully and register your student.
